TERMS & CONDITIONS

Our primary goal is to provide your child with elite skill instruction in an environment that is safe, productive and fun.  An additional objective is to provide optimal customer service.

We recognize life events may occur that prevent your child from attending a 21CS event for which you may have already registered.  Please see below to acquaint yourself with our Refund and Credit Policy.  Should you have any further questions, contact us at info@21CSonline.com.

Requested Refund Prior to Event (more than 30 days):  Any registered camper who requests a refund more than 30 days before the first day of a 21CS Event will be given a full refund less $10.00 processing charge.

Requested Refund Prior to Event (less than 30 days):  Any registered camper who requests a refund less than 30 days before the first day of a 21CS Event (unless due to injury – see below) will be given their choice of a 50% refund or 100% credit towards a future 21CS summer camp event, good for 1 calendar year or through the end of the following summer, whichever best benefits the customer.

Requested Refund Due to Injury (injury prior to event):  If your child is registered for a 21CS event, but is injured prior to the start of the event, he or she is entitled to a full refund or 100% credit towards another 21CS Camp or Clinic Event.

Requested Refund Due to Injury (injury during event):   There is an inherent risk of injury associated with athletic participation.  Certainly, our staff at 21CS will do everything under our control to ensure your child with a safe baseball experience.  However, if your child is injured during a camp or clinic event and is unable to participate in the rest of the session, he or she will be given a pro-rated refund for the days they are unable to participate or a 100% credit towards another 21CS Camp or Clinic Event.  For example, if your child is hurt on day two of a four-day camp, you will be refunded the remaining two days of your tuition/registration fee.

Requested Refund Due to Missed Days:  Refunds nor credits will not be awarded due to missed camps days, unless one or more of the conditions above are satisfied.

Requested Refund Due to Low Enrollment:  If the staff at 21CS decides that the number of players registered for a given event is low and may not allow us to provide your child with an outstanding baseball or softball experience, we will contact you by e-mail or phone no less than four days prior to the start of the session and offer you a full refund or 100% credit towards another 21CS Camp or Clinic Event.

Inclement Weather:  If inclement weather shall prevent camp from being operated a minimum of 3.5 days Monday-Friday (1.5 days for half-day campers), campers shall receive a full-value credit for the prorated amount, good through the end of the following summer.

T-Shirts:  In order for your child to be guaranteed a t-shirt and/or correct size, you must be registered no less than three weeks prior to camp.  In the event we do not have your child’s specified t-shirt size, we will make every attempt possible to outfit your child with a comparably sized t-shirt.  This is due to the timeline we must follow so that we may supply t-shirts to all attending campers.
