Players will learn Batting, Throwing, Fielding and Baserunning thru drills, developmental activities, modified game play & more!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Players will benefit from 100+ swings each week, while engaging variety of hitting drills, activities & competitions! Our weekly Hitting Hour seeks to improve players’ bat speed (how fast), swing path (how level) & connection (how efficient) throughout a variety of drills that target important “Micro Moves” throughout the swing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

*Catchers: Limited to just 4 spots.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Pitchers & Catchers will learn key components such as proper warmup and arm care, as well as be able to identify key checkpoints in their movements and drills to reinforce safe, proper movements when pitching and catching.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The 1st 4 weeks will minimize throwing & focus largely on motor training (moving properly) and functional strength & conditioning (body weight) in an effort to allow throwers sufficient, continued offseason rest.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

By the end of the 12-week session, pitchers will not only have thrown multiple bullpen sessions, but will have pitched to live batters with our catchers behind the plate.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

TRAIN BY DESIGN<\/strong> Engage in skill activities designed to target ‘Micro Moves’ & critical checkpoints within their batting, throwing\/pitching & fielding motions. Drills will progress over time, increasing in complexity and difficulty.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

TEACH WITH TECH <\/strong> Utilize various forms of technology to deepen players’ understanding, including large TV Demos, “training tablets” to provide video feedback, and more!<\/p>\n\n\n\n
