Registration Terms & Conditions

Credit vs. Refund: “What’s the Difference?”

Credit: Amount that may be applied towards a future camp or clinic event.

Refund: Amount returned to the credit card originally used for purchase.


“What Are My Options?”

Requested Refund Prior to Event (More than 30/60 days):

Any registered camper who requests a refund more than 30 days (60 days for indoor/winter training) before the first day of an event will be given a full refund less $15.00 processing charge.

Requested Refund Prior to Event (Less than 30/60 days):

Any registered camper who requests a refund less than 30 days (60 days for indoor/winter training) before the first day of an event (unless due to injury, see below) will be given their choice of the following:

-100% Summer:  100% credit may be applied towards a future summer camp event

-50/50% Winter:  Maximum 50% credit may be applied towards winter programs over each of the subsequent 2 years

-50% refund

Each of the above options is good for 1 calendar year (Exception: 50/50 winter option, good for 2 years).

Injury Prior to Event:

If your child is registered for an event, but is injured prior to the start of the event, he or she is entitled to a full refund or 100% credit towards another camp/clinic event.

Injury During Event:

There is an inherent risk of injury associated with athletic participation. Certainly, our staff at will do everything under our control to ensure your child with a safe baseball experience. However, if your child is injured during a camp or clinic event and is unable to participate in the rest of the session, he or she will be given a pro-rated refund for the days they are unable to participate or a 100% credit towards another camp or clinic event. For example, if your child is hurt on day two of a four-day camp, we will refund the remaining two days of your tuition/registration fee.

Missed Days:

Refunds nor credits will not be awarded due to missed camp/clinic days, unless medical documentation is provided.

Inclement Weather:

4-Day Outdoor Camps:  If inclement weather shall prevent camp from operating a minimum of 3.5 days between Monday-Friday, campers shall receive a full-value credit for the prorated amount, good through the end of the following summer.

T-Shirts:

In order for your child to be guaranteed a correct shirt size, h/she must be registered a minimum of 3 weeks prior to the start of camp. This is due to the timeline we must follow in order to submit & secure orders. If registered less than 3 weeks prior to the start of camp, we will, of course, make every attempt to outfit your child with the best size available!
