Bill Consiglio’s primary responsibilities at Blueprint include overseeing the Player Talent Development and Coaches’ Education programs. He is also the lead creative designer and “voice” for the organization.
In Spring 2016, George McShane, was named 21CS’ Director of On-Field Technology. He is believed to be the 1st to serve in this capacity in all of Westchester!
After a few years off, Coach Anthony Cervini returned to 21CS’ Training Staff in 2017. In addition to being an all-state player in both baseball & football at Pleasantville High School (a rare feat!), Coach Cervini was also named the back-to-back Westchester County Baseball Player of the Year in 1995 and in 1996 – an even rarer feat! From there his illustrious baseball career continued, where he started all 4 years at Marist College (Division I, MAAC Conference), was elected team captain for 3 years and competed in 2 NCAA Tournaments. Breaking many school records along the way, he was named Marist College Sportsman of the Year in 2000.
Justin McCarthy is in his 4th year as a Camp Director and Performance Trainer with 21CS. After a highly successful high school career, which culminated in 2010 with NYS Class A Section 1 Championship and run to the NYS Final Four, McCarthy then went onto an even more acclaimed college career. He pitched all 4 years at SUNY-Brockport, including in 2012, when he worked his way into becoming a Division III 3rd team All-American, finishing 3rd in the country in Saves.
Steve has been an educator for over 10 years, earning his B.S. in Mathematical Sciences from Loyola University (Maryland) in 2008 and his M.S. in Instructional Technology in 2012 from St. Joseph’s University (Philadelphia). Coach Rinaldo’s primary roles with 21CS include serving as a Camp Director as well as assisting George McShane, 21CS’ Tech Director, with the research, development and acquisition of on-field technologies that target player development.
Coach Bruno is currently the Varsity Head Baseball Coach at Rye High School in Rye, N.Y. During his tenure as Head Coach he has accumulated over 100 career wins, including leading the Garnets program to the Section 1 Class A championship in 2014, advancing all the way to the New York State Class A championship game.
Coach “Chap”, as he is commonly known throughout Westchester County, is also an inaugural member of the BP Training Staff. Coach Chiapparelli’s resume is, simply put, the stuff legends are made of
Scott Hagan was a 4-Year letter winner at powerhouse Mamaroneck High School. He was a two-time Section 1 Champion and two-time State Champion with Mamaroneck High School (2008, 2009).
“Dan’s as special as they come”, said Consiglio. “His unique blend of personal playing achievement, cerebral approach to the game and appreciation for teaching & learning players both young and old make him a rare find. We could not be more excited to have Dan join our Training Team.”
Coach Billy Horn brings a wealth of experience to the BP Trainnig Team. He his currently in his second year as pitching coach for the Ottawa Champions of the Can-Am Independent League.
Sean grew up in Larchmont, N.Y. where he attended Mamaroneck High School. He was a four-year starter on both the hockey and baseball team, earning All-State honors in both sports. He was a part of the 2008 and 2009 New York State Baseball Championship teams, playing both first base and pitcher. From there, he went on to play NCAA Division 1 baseball at St. John’s University in Queens, N.Y. During his four years at St. John’s, the team won two Big East Championships and went to three NCAA tournaments.
Josh Cuozzo enters his 8th year as a baseball instructor on the BP Training Team. Coach Cuozzo arrived to 21CS via Mt. St. Vincent’s College in Riverdale, N.Y., where he was a 3-time Captain, both an impressive and rare feat.
What do you do when your son wants only a Baseball Birthday Party for his 7th b’day?! I NOW KNOW – YOU CALL 21ST CENTURY SPORTS! Their staff was a HOME RUN! From the first time I contacted them to the last minute of the party it was a fantastic experience! Their baseball party team kept my son and his friends not only engaged but excited the entire time! In fact, when the party was over the dads were so inspired that they began their own post-party game! Weeks later parents were still approaching me and saying that my son’s baseball birthday party was one of the best parties their child has ever been to! Thanks so much to the staff at 21st Century Sports for making my son’s birthday party a day he will never forget….AND EVEN COMING UP WITH AN AUTOGRAPHED BALL OF HIS FAVORITE PLAYER! THAT WAS ABSOLUTELY CRAZY & UNEXPECTED!!! We can’t thank your team enough 🙂
Coach Consiglio opened my eyes to the possibility of playing college baseball. He helped me in all aspects of my game; helping me to improve my skills on the field, my mental makeup about the game, and how to handle the college recruiting process. He was always there to offer honest and straightforward advice and continues to check up once my collegiate career began.
I fully appreciate the enthusiasm Bill and his staff have in communicating the sound principles of baseball. Far too often in the college recruiting process we see young players who have no understanding of how to play the game. Yet, they are unrealistically in pursuit of a college scholarship. I am not saying that every player who participates in 21st Century Sports will receive a college scholarship to play baseball. What I will say is that Coach Consiglio and his staff will provide players with the proper techniques to give them the best chance to have a positive baseball experience, no matter what level they aspire to play – college, high school or Little League. And as a parent myself, that’s all you can ask.
Coach Consiglio does a great job in developing the young player. He is very passionate and knowledgeable about the game and takes a lot of pride in seeing his players progress. I have no doubt he will lead his staff to undertake this same mission.
Just wanted to let you know that, once again, your guys were awesome.

The staff at 21st Century Sports has done an excellent job working with all of the baseball programs in our town – from TeeBall to Little League to Babe Ruth & up through the Varsity program – over the last few years. They take a comprehensive approach to the ‘well-being’ of our baseball feeder programs and have helped us instill a systematic instructional program to pass on to both our youngsters and coaches. More imporantly, they have established personal relationships and connections with each of the different baseball programs in our town. This comprehensive approach enables everyone in our baseball community, from the time they are first able to throw a ball until they leave for college, with the feeling that not only have they been provided with the very best possible instruction, but have worked and interacted with our children and parents – as people who sincerely care about the game of baseball as well as each individual’s skill development.
Thank you for the fabulous baseball birthday party you organized and ran for our son Thomas! As parents who have hosted over a dozen outsourced birthday parties in the past, you should be proud to know that your company threw the most enjoyed and professionally organized party of any company we have ever worked with!
