Bill Consiglio’s primary responsibilities at Blueprint include overseeing the Player Talent Development and Coaches’ Education programs. He is also the lead creative designer and “voice” for the organization.
After a few years off, Coach Anthony Cervini returned to 21CS’ Training Staff in 2017. In addition to being an all-state player in both baseball & football at Pleasantville High School (a rare feat!), Coach Cervini was also named the back-to-back Westchester County Baseball Player of the Year in 1995 and in 1996 – an even rarer feat! From there his illustrious baseball career continued, where he started all 4 years at Marist College (Division I, MAAC Conference), was elected team captain for 3 years and competed in 2 NCAA Tournaments. Breaking many school records along the way, he was named Marist College Sportsman of the Year in 2000.
Justin McCarthy is in his 4th year as a Camp Director and Performance Trainer with 21CS. After a highly successful high school career, which culminated in 2010 with NYS Class A Section 1 Championship and run to the NYS Final Four, McCarthy then went onto an even more acclaimed college career. He pitched all 4 years at SUNY-Brockport, including in 2012, when he worked his way into becoming a Division III 3rd team All-American, finishing 3rd in the country in Saves.
Steve has been an educator for over 10 years, earning his B.S. in Mathematical Sciences from Loyola University (Maryland) in 2008 and his M.S. in Instructional Technology in 2012 from St. Joseph’s University (Philadelphia). Coach Rinaldo’s primary roles with 21CS include serving as a Camp Director as well as assisting George McShane, 21CS’ Tech Director, with the research, development and acquisition of on-field technologies that target player development.
Coach Bruno is currently the Varsity Head Baseball Coach at Rye High School in Rye, N.Y. During his tenure as Head Coach he has accumulated over 100 career wins, including leading the Garnets program to the Section 1 Class A championship in 2014, advancing all the way to the New York State Class A championship game.
Coach “Chap”, as he is commonly known throughout Westchester County, is also an inaugural member of the BP Training Staff. Coach Chiapparelli’s resume is, simply put, the stuff legends are made of
Scott Hagan was a 4-Year letter winner at powerhouse Mamaroneck High School. He was a two-time Section 1 Champion and two-time State Champion with Mamaroneck High School (2008, 2009).
“Dan’s as special as they come”, said Consiglio. “His unique blend of personal playing achievement, cerebral approach to the game and appreciation for teaching & learning players both young and old make him a rare find. We could not be more excited to have Dan join our Training Team.”
Coach Billy Horn brings a wealth of experience to the BP Trainnig Team. He his currently in his second year as pitching coach for the Ottawa Champions of the Can-Am Independent League.
Sean grew up in Larchmont, N.Y. where he attended Mamaroneck High School. He was a four-year starter on both the hockey and baseball team, earning All-State honors in both sports. He was a part of the 2008 and 2009 New York State Baseball Championship teams, playing both first base and pitcher. From there, he went on to play NCAA Division 1 baseball at St. John’s University in Queens, N.Y. During his four years at St. John’s, the team won two Big East Championships and went to three NCAA tournaments.
Josh Cuozzo enters his 8th year as a baseball instructor on the BP Training Team. Coach Cuozzo arrived to 21CS via Mt. St. Vincent’s College in Riverdale, N.Y., where he was a 3-time Captain, both an impressive and rare feat.
